This policy explains how Plenty Koffee Ltd, registered in England and Wales under company number 16865136, VAT registration number 512 3458 18, with its registered office at 167–169 Great Portland Street, London W1W 5PF, United Kingdom. (“Plenty”, “we”, “us”) collects and uses personal information when you visit plentykoffee.com, place an order, create an account, start a subscription or contact us.

Information we collect

We may collect your name, email address, telephone number, delivery and billing addresses, order and subscription history, account identifiers, customer-service messages, device and security information, and information needed to prevent fraud. Payment card details are collected and processed by Stripe; Plenty does not store your full card number.

How and why we use it

We use personal information to take payment, fulfil and deliver orders, manage subscriptions and accounts, provide customer service, issue refunds, maintain accounting and tax records, keep the service secure and comply with legal obligations. Our legal bases are performance of our contract with you, compliance with legal obligations and our legitimate interests in operating and protecting the business. We will ask for consent where the law requires it, including for optional direct marketing.

Who receives information

We share only what is necessary with service providers supporting the store, including Stripe for payments, Supabase for accounts and order data, Resend for transactional email, Shippo and delivery carriers for fulfilment, QuickBooks for accounting, and our hosting and technical providers. They may process information for us under contract or act as independent controllers where their own terms apply.

International transfers

Some providers may process information outside the United Kingdom. Where required, we use an approved transfer mechanism or rely on another lawful safeguard.

Retention and security

We keep information only for as long as needed for the purpose for which it was collected, including customer support, fraud prevention and legal, tax and accounting requirements. We apply proportionate technical and organisational safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may ask for access to, correction or deletion of your information; object to or restrict its use; ask for a portable copy; or withdraw consent. These rights are not absolute where we must retain or use information by law.
