Shipping & Returns

We want ordering from Plenty Koffee Company Ltd (“Plenty Koffee”, “we”, “our”, “us”) to be simple, transparent, and fair. This page explains how we roast, pack, deliver, and—if needed—handle returns or refunds for purchases made on www.plentykoffee.com.

1 . Processing & Dispatch

  • Orders are normally roasted and packed within 2–3 working days (Monday–Friday, excluding UK bank holidays).

  • You’ll receive an email confirmation when your order is placed and another when it’s dispatched.

  • During busy periods or product launches, dispatch may take slightly longer, but we always roast fresh and ship as quickly as possible.

2 . Delivery Times & Regions

All orders ship from our UK roastery. International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees applied by their local authorities.

3 . Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on destination and order weight. Occasionally we may offer free shipping promotions; these will be clearly stated on-site.

4 . Tracking & Delivery Issues

Where tracking is available, details will be included in your dispatch email. If your parcel appears delayed, please contact hello@plentykoffee.com quoting your order number so we can trace it.

We can’t accept responsibility for delays caused by carriers, weather, or customs inspections, but we’ll always do our best to help locate and resolve issues.

5 . Risk of Loss

Risk of loss or damage passes to you once the goods have been delivered to the address provided at checkout. If the package arrives visibly damaged, please photograph it before opening and contact us within 48 hours.

6 . Returns & Refunds

6.1 Eligibility

Because coffee is a fresh, perishable product, we can only accept returns of unopened, unused bags within 14 days of delivery. Opened or partially used bags cannot be returned for food-safety reasons.

6.2 How to Return

  1. Email hello@plentykoffee.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We’ll confirm the return address and next steps.

  3. Pack the item securely and include your order details inside the parcel.

  4. You’re responsible for return postage unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.

6.3 Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 working days. Depending on your bank, it may take a few extra days for the funds to appear.

6.4 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or not as expected, please email a photo within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

6.5 Exchanges

We don’t currently offer direct exchanges. Simply return any unopened item for a refund and place a new order.

7 . Wholesale Orders

Wholesale partners may have separate delivery schedules or minimum-order quantities. These are agreed individually in writing. Unless otherwise stated, the same return principles apply, but due to volume and roasting customisation, refunds for wholesale coffee are considered case-by-case.

8 . Right to Cancel (for UK & EU Consumers)

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have 14 days from the date of receiving your order to cancel for a full refund.
This right does not apply to:

  • goods that are perishable or made to your specification (freshly roasted coffee qualifies), or

  • items unsealed after delivery for health-protection reasons.

To cancel, email hello@plentykoffee.com with your order number and a clear statement of cancellation.

If your order has already been dispatched, please return it unopened within 14 days of notifying us.

9 . Return Address

10 . Non-Delivery or Refused Shipments

If a parcel is returned to us because delivery was refused or an incorrect address was provided, we’ll refund the product cost once it’s back in good condition, minus shipping fees.

11 . Force Majeure

We’re not liable for delays or failures to deliver caused by events outside our reasonable control, including natural disasters, transport strikes, customs actions, or cyber incidents.

12 . Liability & Quality Assurance

We take every care to ensure our coffee leaves the roastery in perfect condition. Plenty Koffee Company Ltd shall not be responsible for losses beyond the value of the goods purchased. Coffee is a natural product; flavour and aroma may vary slightly between batches, which is part of its craft nature.

13 . Governing Law

This policy and any disputes relating to it are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
