2 . Using this website

You may browse and shop on this site for personal or business use. You agree not to misuse the site; no hacking, scraping, or other interference with its operation. We may update or suspend parts of the website at any time for maintenance or improvement.

3 . Products and availability

We roast and sell specialty coffee in small batches. All descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate to the best of our knowledge, but small variations may occur. Products are offered subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after you place an order, we’ll contact you promptly to arrange a refund or replacement.

4 . Pricing and payment

All prices on plentykoffee.com are shown in GBP unless otherwise stated and include UK VAT where applicable.
Payment is taken securely through Squarespace Payments (Stripe).
We do not store your full payment details.
You are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes for international orders.

5 . Orders and contract formation

When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase. A contract is formed only when we send you a confirmation email stating that your order has been accepted. We reserve the right to decline any order, for example, if payment fails or stock is unavailable.

6 . Shipping and delivery

Shipping details, carriers, and delivery times are set out in our Shipping Policy. Once your parcel leaves our roastery, it’s handled by the carrier; delays or customs checks are beyond our control, but we’ll help trace any missing shipment.

7 . Returns and refunds

Your right to cancel or return is explained in our Refund & Returns Policy. Unopened coffee can be returned within 14 days; opened bags can’t, for food-safety reasons.

8 . Wholesale and trade sales

For cafés, hotels, or retail partners, additional or bespoke terms may apply.
- Wholesale prices and payment terms are provided on request.
- Trade customers agree to use Plenty Koffee branding in accordance with any supplied guidelines.

9 . Intellectual property

All text, imagery, designs, and branding on this site are the property of Plenty Koffee Company Ltd. You may not copy or reuse content without written permission.

10 . User accounts and communications

If you create an account or subscribe to our newsletter, you’re responsible for keeping your login details confidential. You can unsubscribe from communications at any time.

11 . Limitation of liability

Coffee is a natural product; flavour, aroma, and extraction results vary. Except where prohibited by law, Plenty Koffee Company Ltd is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of our website or products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.

12 . Force majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform our obligations if caused by events beyond our reasonable control—such as natural disasters, strikes, transport failures, or governmental actions.

13 . Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Plenty Koffee harmless from any claim or demand made by a third party arising out of your misuse of the site or breach of these Terms.

14 . Severability

If any part of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining sections remain in full effect.

15 . Entire agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy, Cookie, Shipping, and Refund Policies, form the entire agreement between you and Plenty Koffee regarding your use of the site.

We may update these Terms to reflect operational or legal changes. The date above always shows the latest version. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

17 . Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts, though we reserve the right to bring proceedings in your country of residence if necessary.
